Client Management

The St Andrew's Client Management team is made up of senior management professionals with backgrounds across the household industry including experience of various personal lines insurance.

The role of our Client Management team is to provide clients with a single dedicated focal point for their relationship with St Andrew's and to work with them to proactively grow and develop the insurance schemes we provide.

Detailed below is a short summary of the key areas that St Andrew's Client Management team would provide to our clients as a minimum: -

Daily Ongoing support

The Client Management team acts as the central point of contact for all the day to day ongoing 'business as usual' issues that need constant attention and service.

Review meetings

Monthly service meetings cover general performance, including the review of any sales MI and feedback provided by the St Andrew's training and education team (as appropriate).

Quarterly review meetings are generally more strategic in nature. The focus would be reviewing the scheme performance and reviewing progress around longer term objectives of the scheme.

An Underwriting Review would be held annually. Here St Andrew's will undertake a full underwriting review of the scheme and would be attended by St Andrew's Head of Pricing.

Product Development & Innovation

The client management team, in partnership with the client, will continually look to develop business opportunities. The experience and skills of the Client Management team are continually and proactively offered to clients as standard.
