Our UK based claims service operates across multiple sites, which provides excellent capacity to administer claims during regional weather events. It is peril based, which provides the customer with expert knowledge and advice by specially trained advisors that understand the nature of their claim, and utilises our network of Personal Claims Consultants (PCCs) who manage the full end to end buildings supply delivery.

Using real time PCC appointing, our claims agents ensure that customers are offered appointments that best meet their circumstances and personal commitments.
