Our clients have access to an expert business development function that is dedicated to the retail finance market, with previous experience in the household, creditor and motor markets.

Our experienced, CiTP qualified Business Development Manager is available to conduct consultancy programmes, classroom training, 'train-the-trainer' support and coaching programme sessions for the full range of sales environments and utilise a consultancy programme based on the Consultancy Cycle approach of the Chartered Institute of Management, of which our Business Development Manager is accredited.

Diagnostic Analysis and Assessing Needs are a crucial part of what we can offer your business before recommending and delivering solutions. The support model that follows is flexible and can be adapted to meet requirements and budget. Typical support can include Product Sessions (induction level or advanced, on-going support, etc.), Belief Sessions (economic insight, 'real' claims, additional customer support services, etc.) and Sales Sessions (rapport building, objection handling, coaching programmes, etc.). We also offer bespoke solutions designed to complement and support clients existing training programmes.
