Please note, this service requires you to print off your claim form and is currently only available to MBNA and Virgin customers who wish to make a claim for:

  • Unemployment
  • Carer cover
  • Hospitalisation
  • Lifestyle events (Bereavement; Retirement; Purchase of a principle home; Marriage Civil Partnership; Divorce; Birth/Adoption; Graduation; Entering full time employment; Jury service)

If you are making a claim with more than one provider, please write all relevant credit card numbers/agreement numbers on the reserve of the printed claim form.

  • Register and assess all New Claims within 3 working days
  • Assess all post within 1 working day
  • Answer your call within three rings by our UK based Customer Service Team
